message title says it all so I won't waste your time writing needless words. 🙂

Thanks for the help,

GS

P.S. - I guess I should ask "what mobos for A64 DO take PCI Express"? Anybody know?

There aren't any out yet. Wait a month or so, or search for numerous threads on NForce4, K8T890, and whatever that new ATI chipset is (can't remember the model number yet).

I think Epox is going to make a 754 nforce4 board if remember correctly. It might be a while though, as i think the nforce 4 wasn't orginally designed for 754

that has nothing to with what socket will be using it 😉

Also VIA has thier own PCI-e solution, so you are wrong there to.

No one has come out with any designs for the Socket 754 market yet. Someone may step up to the plate yet.

And the new via chipsets and the ATI chipset, though those won't be out for a month or two. Those will all be for 939 as far as I know, even though there was some talk about nForce4 for s754 a few months ago.

Though it's not what you're looking for, Newegg's already selling the K8S-MX which has a PCI-Express slot. Of course what you meant to ask for was a PCI-E 16x slot. The answer is what everyone else said, not yet -- maybe soon.
