Is there a 3/8" OD (for 3/8" ID tubing) pump?

Just about every pump I know of uses 1/2" OD barbs, Is there a 3/8" pump or a place that sells 3/8" barbs for popular pumps? Or am I just gonna have to grab any pump and use a 1/2 to 3/8 reducer?
