Try this tool from Sysinternals. It's called TCPView, it shows which executeables are using the internet.

could just do a netstat, but this is more intuitive and pretty interface.
If you do find something connected to alot of ports or programs that are running you dont know you can try killing it. You may wanna google the program.exe to make sure its not something u want to running.
If you cant see anything, you may be infected with a Trojan/Virus.
If you have this, use typical spyware/antivirus tools. Or use a rootkit detection tool.
