Is the Zalman A-Cu compatible with S939?

Topic says it all... I was deciding between a SLK948U or the Zalman. I know the 948U is compatible with 939, but is the Zalman?

"Zalman A-Cu" isn't very descriptive. The "A" could either mean "socket A" or "Al-Cu HSF". Link?

Looking on newegg, I don't see an copper HSF by Zalman that work with s939. There's numerous s754, s478, and socket A. No s939 or LGA 775 HSF.

looking on the zalman site , this one should work with skt. 939.

oh - and just found that one here > A-CU ... and as you can see - it's comp. with 939.

They should both be compatible with S939, but I'm just wondering if they'll fit onto Gigabyte's S939 board because the DPS is in the way. Anyone try this?
