Is the XTASY XCESS PERSONAL CINEMA a good all in one card? anyone?

I have got some help from you guys before an really am greatful for the advice. Just wondering what people think about the XTASY XCESS PERSONAL CINEMA for an all in one card. I like all the features but don't know if they work well. I will be running a p4 at 1.7 clocked up to 2.2. with about 392 mb ddr ram.

I'd stay away from the personal cinema. It does not have the image quality, and the driver support right now that separate cards, or the ATI AIWs have. If you want an all in one, get a 8500 or 7500 AIW card. You can buy separate video if you don't trust ATI, but personal cinema drivers are not good.

i'd buy an 8500dv before the nvidia personal cinema........i've owned both the All-in-Wonder Radeon and now the 8500dv (aiw) and have nothing but praise for them
