Is the X-viper 750w psu good ?

Hi,

Is this PSU: X-viper 750w psu good for this build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Spov/saved/30vS
(I may change the GPU to a GTX 770). Also If it is compatible would I be able to OC to about 4.5 ghz using the PSU.

I've never heard of X-Viper. So my initial guess is it's utter crap, cos I've heard of all the good ones and most mediocre ones too.

I cannot find any reviews or even specs to confirm or deny my suspicions though. Personally, if spending £1000 on a new PC, I would make sure it's powered by a unit I know 100% to be high quality and fully reliable. So I would recommend keeping the X-Viper as a backup or selling it away. I think the change to a GTX 770 is a good idea.
