Why would a website be down just me?

probably because people have all kinds of networking gear on their end and haven't set it up properly, or their gear conflicts with what the site wants to see. i have nothing but a modem and pc, and nothing has ever been down "for just me"

Same here...I just think its what hardware you have...I dont think its possible on the websites end to be down/blocking just YOUR connection and not everyone else.
