Is the Voodoo 5 the problem!?!

My problem shows itself after I play a few games such as Rogue Spear, or run 3D mark 2000 or that little fish screensaver thats been going around. When I exit from these my screen has a bunch of moving grey lines that move around whichever ways. It looks like a wierd refresh problem maybe.
I have an avitron av-7tf and a voodoo 5 5500. I thought it may have been the monitor so I turned it of then unplugged it. When I hooked it back up the broblem was still there.
When I reboot everything is fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Let me guess...You upgraded from another card....C:/Windows/INF/Other....any inf files there that refer to the old card?...Delete it/them! Shutdown, not reboot. Restart....Did it help?

In BIOS, disable all power saving features.

I have done a clean install on the hard drive. I'm not sure whats causing it. I'll check on those power saving features. Thanks for your Reply. Any other ideas?

This bit of info might help. By default Unreal Tournament used glide for my vidcard. I changed it to direct3D and when I quit playing it that weird problem was there again. Maybe there is some incompatibility with Direct3D and that Voodoo card. Could it be the latest set of via drivers somehow? I don't know, thats why I'm asking you guys for help.

Thanks agian
