Actually, we have public free speech that isn't limited to "zones" like in the US where people may have free speech but may be imprisoned for exercising it.

We also don't have no knock warrants, complete surveillance of all citizens in all communications and imprisonments without charges based on "super laws" that are beyond the law of the land.

Yes there are a minority of criminals in the EDL, the EDL is not 100% perfect. One of the guys was charged for mocking a Muslim prayer ritual and shouting slurs. You serious? He gets charged for mocking them?

Were not debating the issue of if there are criminals in the EDL.

Considering that these guys will take over England and Europe and then come here I am worried and will continue to expose them and their sympathizers. They are growing numbers.

Why can't you just condemn these guys? The sad thing is you're more interested in attacking me and the EDL than these guys.

Hes actually correct. I cant specifically cite the immigration cases off the top of my head but they do exist. They are mainly focused on LPRs though.

LPRs have more rights than people that haven't entered the US yet. The US can prevent someone(denying of a visa) from entering for whatever reason they like. Its plenary power at is best/worst depending on your viewpoint. Prominent Arab scholars(not radical muslims) have routinely been denied visas to attend speaking engagements.

The visa waiver program doesn't mean any american can visit the UK or any other participating country and never be denied entry. Every participating country can still deny someone entry. The visa waiver program DOES NOT guarantee entry. PERIOD.

And actual entry(visa or not) into a country is more or less discretionary, especially in the US. You can have a validly issued visa and still be denied entry on the spot. NO ONE has a guaranteed right to enter any country other than their own.

While we're at it, it also doesn't entitle you to any discounts for any of the US national parks, which also have the discretion to deny you entry.

Did you have any examples analogous to the individuals involved in this case (US taking positive steps to prevent people who ordinarily don't need visas from entering the US because of what they might say)?
