is the tuniq tower still an adequate cooler?

Im finally doing a rebuild after 5 years. I bought a 3770k in a bitphoenix prodigy case. I wanna salvage as much old parts as possible so i was wondering Is the tuniq tower still considered a good air cooler, or is there much better out now?

It's not the very best air cooler nowadays, but it still rocks and kicksazz. How far are your OC'ing dreams? You'll just need to pick up a 1155/6 adapter. I luv the TT, it is a beast!

I was hoping to get 4.5-5ghz for gaming

You should reach 4.5 ghz without a problem (keeping vcore under 1.3V). After that is where overclocking starts to become hard on the IB chips.
