Is the TRENDnet 8-Port Gigabit GREENnet Switch a deal at $19?

I saw this thread at Slick for a switch and wonder what people thought about the quality of the switch:

I used to prefer metal-cased switches, because I believed that they were built better, and lasted longer, but now I'm leaning towards plastic casings, because they don't interfere with Wifi nearly as much, if you stack your networking gear on top of each other.

TrendNet is a fine brand, however. I used one of their older 8-port gigabit metal-cased switches for like 5 years.
