Is the timing on this DDR2 RAM a typo?

Speed DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Cas Latency 4
Timing 4-4-3-5
Voltage 2.0V - 2.1V

I'm not surprised @ timing, when it's feeding that much voltage. I'm doing 4-4-3-4-12 @ DDR 800 on my 2x1GB Firestix using 2.2V.
 
That is probably right, although sticks like that used to be excessively expensive, that is very reasonable.
 
Are you asking because you saw I linked to em alot? 😛 I ran them for a while before I gave em to my GF, very nice ram. They are ProMOS. They don't like volts over 2.2. If you're looking for RAM to put in your Abit IN9 (that was you right?), I'd go for these

Your RAM timings would be 4-4-3-4-5, if you were using the RAM he linked to. I.E., that's a TRAS of 5.
