Is the ti4600 the last good 3.3V chipset?

I have a friend with a mobo that only supports the old agp standard of 3.3V. He has a budget of ~150 dollars. He ABSOLUTELY cannot upgrade cpu/mobo right now. I recommended the 9600xt, but then realized it wouldn't fit in his agp slot. I then recommended a ti4600, which runs about 98 dollars. any ideas?

Indeed, Radeon 9600 or 9550 and also 9800 don't support 3.3V signalling anymore. But the 9700 and its little brother 9500 still did - so time to look for some stock clearance sales or something.
