I came here expecting to see new data gathered and analyzed in the 10 weeks intervening since this thread was last resurrected, data that would validate the existence of a scientific case against evolution. Instead I find the same old same old.

Jesus came back in 3 days. This thread came back in a bit over 2 months.
I guess it makes sense.

Would god even truly have a gender? If he does, does that mean there are other gods out there, or is he the most celibate bachelor in the Universe?

Yeah, if god belongs to a particular gender... then what is the use of having two primary genders?

I think the existence of this thread clearly illustrates who is on the ropes.

Hint: It ain't evolution.

If you don't believe in evolution you are ether ignorant( nothing wrong with that), stupid, or do believe in evolution and are have some motive to try and convince people to not to believe in evolution.

if you look at the history, iirc, judaisim recognized the existence of other gods but only thought one was worth worshipping.

Karma
Apparently reincarnation was once part of the bible but nearly all references to it were removed because of politics.
Example when the diciples asked Jesus what the guy did to deserve being born lame and diseased He replied it was because of the sin of his past life.

i'm glad that someone with the confederate flag as an avatar bumped this thread.

Indeed - one of the commandments says that you should have no other gods before the Bible's god, which carries with it the implication that others do exist.

Could a god create a belief so dumb not even his believers could believe it?

All the evidence points to no. In fact the more ludicrous the belief the more the believers believe it. It's the plausible stuff that that don't accept.

This thread, and the original post in it, are by far the most impressive trolling efforts I've ever laid eyes on.

mtDNA and Ydna are dead giveaways that evolution is fact. I just don't understand how everyone has negroid roots.

I don't think this response was entirely appropriate or related to the topic at hand. Just sayin'.

Going back to the OP's subject/title: Answer is "No."

Your own reports describe how
rational these people are.
Millennia ago, they abandoned all
belief in the supernatural. And
now you're asking me to sabotage
that achievement... send them
back into the Dark Ages of fear
and superstition.

Why not? Everything indicates that our species originated in Africa, and migrated out from there. As we progress farther from the equator, less melanin is required for protection against cellular damage from sunlight. And you of course get some other minor variations in appearance as populations branch off and remain in one region for a long time - different swirls form within the genetic pool.

TLDR but if you believe in creation that means you believe that Noah and his sons either committed adultry with each others wives or their kids became cousin fuckers or a combination of the two.

Not necessarily. We may have had fairer skin in those times and have evolved different traits due to (relatively) isolated settlements in different locations. Much in the same vein of how we didn't evolve from apes as commonly (mis)perceived, we just had a common ancestor (a marsupial of some sort, if I remember correctly).
