Yes. Not Asian. Some guy called me a ricer the other day. I was more confused than anything but I was a little offended.

:camera:s of your car?

It is a silver '76 280z. No stickers, no coffee can, just a modified engine.

I am a "ricer" cause I drive a Japanese car.

Only pic I have. The only appearance changing mod I've done is change shocks/struts and springs which lowered it 1.5". In the future the bumpers will be removed and fender flares and an air dam will be added. I still wouldn't think that would be "riced out".
Edit: Oh and some rims/ wider tires.

Meh, ricer isnt offensive at all. And ricers know when theyre doing it...amongst their own crowd, it obviously isnt a bad thing, so how offensive can it be?

Then again, can you really "rice" a neon? :p *Waits for first disparraging neon comment*

I'm asian and not offended, because although I put mods on my car, but the "riced-out" cars simply don't appeal to me

I'm part asian, and I dont' find it offensive. I'm a member of the RSX club and I've found that ricers are shunned by even other japanese car modifies. If theres nothing under the hood then it doesn't get respect.
