Is the temprature 67c OK for an E6300 overclocking to 3.22g @1.34V

The envitonment is the following:

CPU: E6300 oc to 3.22g @1.34V
MB: Gigabyte 965p-ds3 Ver 1.3
memory: osz 6400 1gb X 2 @ 2.1V 910mhz, 7-7-19
Video: Msi 7600gs 256m
cooler; freezer 7 pro

I am running the virtualdub for over 10 hours and the cpu load is 100%
The report of speedfan:
temp1: 52C
temp2: 59C
core0:69C
core1:67C

That's hotter than I'd be comfortable with. 60C is generally my cut of, but that's just me.

I'd try re-seating your cooler and reapplying the TIM.

A little high I think, but you might just need a better cooler such as the Thermalright Ultra 120 or the Tuniq Tower 120
