Just came back from getting chips and beer-- EVERYONE is decking their Steelers jerseys and terrible towels. I love our town. 😀

Beer on Sundays in The Great State of Pennsylvania can only come from a bar with takeout AND a special license allowing it to be open on Sundays or a Deli (rarer) with same.

Proof, since you're gonna call shens. 🙂Hours of sales of malt and brewed beverages on Sundays depends on whether distributors and importing distributors have obtained a Sunday sales permit from the Board.
For distributors and importing distributors without a Sunday sales permit, sales and delivery of malt or brewed beverages to licensed buyers can occur from noon until 5:00 p.m. Delivery of malt or brewed beverages by prior arrangement to non-licensees (i.e., the public) and holders of special occasion permits can occur from 9:00 a.m. until noon.
Distributors and importing distributors with a Sunday sales permit have the same rights as those listed above. In addition, however, they can sell and deliver malt or brewed beverages to non-licensees (i.e. the public) and holders of special occasion permits from noon until 5:00 p.m.
