In the event that you AGP card is VGA out only, is there a PCI card that will add TV-out functionality? Is there one that will provide VIVO functionality?>

ATI All In Wonder PCI cards have VIVO capabilities but may not be what you are looking for. For the multi-media functions to work properly they must be set as primary GPU.

ATI TV Wonder PCI has TV out but no Video in though.
