Is the SP-94 worth the extra cost over a Zalman 7000 Al-CU?

Thanks for all the input, guys. I really wanted the SP-94, but I found a good deal on the 7000 AlCu for $27/shipped, and I just couldn't justify paying double the cost for the SP-94 and a fan in the hope of getting a slightly higher overclock.

The XP-120 looked really cool, too, but someone posted somewhere that it didn't quite fit the mobo I'm getting (Asus P4C800E Deluxe) without bending some of the mobo's caps.
