Depends what you consider mini and mid. I personally consider it MID tower ... it's really VERY spacious and really great to work with (using it myself)

I personally also consider it a "mid" tower. The ones I consider a "mini" tower are either mATX or ATX with a sideways power supply covering the motherboard. Hmmm, lemme try to butcher some ASCII art...

LEGEND:
X power supply space
[ rear ATX ports space
= an expansion slot
- spacer

For me, "mid" tower means a power supply over the motherboard when the case is standing up:

XXXXXXX

For me, "mini" tower means (besides mATX cases) a power supply next to the motherboard when the case is standing up:

[-----XXXX
[-----XXXX
[-----XXXX
[-----XXXX

All atx cases with conventional psu arrangement are at least mid-towers, some with the miserable side-saddle psu arrangement can be considered mini-towers. The antec slk 1600 is about as small as conventional midtowers get, while the sx1030 is really not a midtower any more, more like a mini-server or workstation class box. The V series Matx Inwins are true minitowers, and at the large end of that genre...

Check out the dimensions at Newegg and at the Antec-inc site for comparisons...

I usually think of cases with only one or two 5" bays and no more than 14 or 15" tall a mini tower - ones with 3 or 4 5" bays and around 17-18" tall as a mid-tower.
