Is the SiS 648 a good Chipset?

I am considering buying a Shuttle AS45GTR and it uses the SiS 648. I heard some pretty good reviews of it, but i wanna be sure before i buy it.... any comments please?

I think there is a review of it on anandtech.com.

But the SiS 648 chipset seems to be a very good one right now. Maybe someone has this board and can tell you more.
