Is the Samsung SPH-A900 phone worth the $300? If you have it, how do you like it so far? Awesome? Overrated?

YES! I love mine😀 The only weak point is battery life...so far it hasn't been an issue for me but I can tell it doesn't last nearly as long as my previous phones. The metal body is also very nice. And the screen! Oh my the screen is simply beautiful. If you've used the Toshiba 4050 its probably the only Sprint phone that has a similar screen as far as quality and resolution/size.

$300? Its $349 if you buy it outright without any rebates.

Have you tried Sprint EV-DO PowerVision yet? If so how is it, is it much better than old Vision.

Its definitely faster. The biggest indication of that is MobiTV. Pretty smooth and huge improvement over 1KTV.

I should add this though; the ONLY thing I wish this phone had was expandable memory. What's the point of using it as an MP3 player with a 47 megs of memory? It comes with a stereo headset in the box. The Sprint music store or whatever is huge joke. I figure hardly anyone is gonna pay to stream music to their phone.

Yea, the 940 and 920 have expandable memory, but the 900 does't which is lame.
