Is the Samsung 245BW a good monitor?

I'm in the market for a new monitor and this seems like it might be a good choice. I like the price...that's a start.

I plan to use it mostly for Gaming and general internet and Office stuff. I'm not all that picky, but I've always used a CRT, so I'm a little afraid to step into and LCD because of ghosting and lag.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
