is the retail 2100+ @newegg super oc'able?

is the retail 2100+ at newegg for 79 (says AXDA2100BOX) the t-bred B stlye chips that can go for really high overclocks?
if so, will the retail HSF on it let it overclock pretty high? im getting the Codegen CAT6061 case, if that makes a difference
if not, can someone point me the in right direction for a cheap CPU that will almost guaratee a high overclock (AMD please, on a tight budget)

edit: if i am getting panaflo fans for the case will i need the molex connector at newegg for each fan i get?
and how many fans would make a reasonably quiet and cool case?

You're right, with the 1700+, Nobody knows for sure, and it can be hit or miss. The poster is asking about the AIUHB though, and I'm not the only one that can tell you that it overclocks as well, if not better than the 1700+. Sure, it cost me 70.00 dollars, but there are many people on this board (myself included) with AIUHB that are at 2.4 Ghz. You won't find many 1700+ at that level. If you want the guaranteed high mhz, then AIUHB. If you want bang for the buck, then JIUCB, and spend the extra on beer!

If you will be using a low flow fan, go with the AX-7 It performs just about as good as the SLK-800 with low flow fans (outperformed it at the lowest flow under load) at half the price.

I have mine @2300mhz at 1.7 volts, on a A7N8X and its rock solid stable, as with anything YMMV.
