Is the Prescott data on this site legit?

All of the articles that I've read show that Prescott will start at 3.2 and/or 3.4Ghz, not 2.8Ghz.

Interesting. But I noticed that thier 3DMark 2001 & PCMark 2002 Pro scores on different pages contradicted each other. If it is right, it looks like the Prescott is only a little bit better than the P4 clock for clock.
