Is the Panasonic DVD-CV50 Changer any good?

I am looking to buy a multi-disc DVD Changer and saw this one for around $280. It also has a built-in decoder, AVSS, 10-but DAC, component video outputs, and some other little things. Has anyone had experience with this player? Is this a good deal? Can anyone recommend anything else? Thanks in advance.
 
I don't think its bad, I took the mistake of order the trade loaded v40.. which they had a v50 pic in it.. pretty good but I rather have the v50..
