Thank god I am still within the one month of purchase. I "upgraded" from my old centro to this phone a couple weeks ago. It uses windows mobile which I like, but here are my issues.

1. Battery life STINKS, I have everything turned off (gps, web browser, etc..) and even check in my task manager. The battery life will last me around 8-10 hours then its dead, and this is while hardly even using it. In fact I unplugged it this morning around 7:15 at 100% and it is already down to 73% and the only thing I did was check email once and send a txt message.

2. It is very nonresponsive, I will click the button multiple times when on an object and it will just not respond.

3. It always has weird issues and I have to reboot the phone. For instance, yesterday it was displaying weird graphics and I had to reboot it. Even right now for some reason the screen is not automatically turning off.

I am returning to the sprint store to return this phone and not looking back, I would go with a blackberry but the plan I have does not have that service.

Yeah, it is. Return it and get the Treo Pro, Diamond, or Touch Pro. All are superior phones. The 800W is a crappy phone and they have set-up in way that makes custom roms extremely difficult to do. Unlike the TP and Diamond that have a huge rom community that really increases the usability of the phones.

How much longer do you have on your 30 day return policy? Maybe you can get a Pre.

Its probably going to be June before the Pre comes out so if that's what you want you need to get out of your contract if you still have time(I can't remember if they give you two weeks or 30 days). If you can't the Diamond, Touch Pro, and Treo Pro are all good phones. I have my doubts about the Pre but am holding out hope.

Thanks for the help, picked up the treo pro yesterday. Hands down 1000 times better than the 800w.
