Aluminum cases are not the only way to go. The effects of aluminum on heat transfer in a case has been well documented - the results are that they do not do much, if anything at all. The overall case design matters much more, since heat transfer in a case depends a lot more on convection than conduction/radiation. The case mentioned above, if it is indeed a Compucase/HEC clone, is a very well made one, and is about half the price of the PC60 you mentioned.
