Is the nzxt havik 140 worth $45?

I had to replace my hyper 212+ so I splurged and got this havik 140 cooler. So far it is keeping my 3.8ghz phenom ii at 45C under full load.

Is it worth the price I paid or should I have just gone with another hyper 212+?

I could, but I need my computer *now* to file my taxes.

I actually asked Cooler Master last night and they directed me to their store. It costs around $6 for the part plus shipping. I might do it and then sell the 212+.
 
The thing is, by the time I factor in the shipping and my time and all the hassle, I'm better off just keeping my 212+ in my garage. I might be able to figure out how to mount it with the right bolts. I think I have the back plate I need; I'll have to do some reading on how to install it and what I'm missing.

For now I'm actually happy with my new heatsink (Havik 140) as it's dead silent even under full load with my cpu.
