is the new saphire 9500 quiet?

Don't know if that one's quiet, ATI branded cards are real quiet and the fan inside that sink looks suspiciously similar...

..but you never know.

Passive, stock? Not that I know of. Passive, aftermarket? Sure! Little pricey, but you're set for the life of your card and can brag if you choose:

Zalman ZM80A as reviewed. Should be in stock a number of places now. See Newegg has it for $34. Don't know how much it'll drop, not expecting a lot unless Thermaltake sells their copied design retail instead of just OEM.
 
i have one, and it is quiet.. couldn't give you a decibal rating, but i can't hear it over my 2500 rpm 80mm case fan.
