is the new accord 3.0 v6 the same block as the 3.2 v6 in the acura line?

I heard it's the same engine .. just the Acura engine is tweaked a bit more to produce the extra ponies ?

Maybe Different Compression Ratio ?

How do you get more displacement from "tweeking"? It either has to be bored larger or have a longer stroke...
