Is the Mushkin ddr 1 gig 2x512 2.5cas, green memory good enough for a 939 board?

I just picked up the mushkin deal at frys for a gig of ddr pc3200 D Cas 2.5 Ram-says green on the ram.
Is this ram good enough for a amd 939 board?
 
Thanks guys. I called a computer store after I purchased it and they said the "black" memory would be much better for a 939 board.
 
You only need "premium" memory if you plan on doing some serious OC'ing. I don't think Mushkin Black is worth it in most cases.
