Is the MSI PC Mate series any good?

I plan to get either an i3 or lower end i5 once I sell my 870, but upgrade to a 4770k later. The mobo says it can handle up to 130w, and I don't plan to do anything except boost all the cores to 4.0-1, but reviews are "meh." Anyone have experience with this board? Would I be better served by getting a 4670k and a high-end board? I do a fair amount of threaded work.

Sorry, I see the link was broken. Fixed it.
And yes, I know about the CF and lack of SLI and stuff, but I am wondering about the build quality and power delivery etc.

Yeh all I see is "meh" in terms of quality and performance. It's good enough if you aren't planning on a serious OC, but if you spent just a little more you could get something much nicer
