Is the MSI K7T Turbo-R prone to being a P.O.S.?

I bought my first K7t Turbo R a little while ago to go with my new 1 gig t-bird. But it wouldnt let the computer restart at all. Found out I had some screw risers for the case in that didn't need to be there and it must have shorted the mobo out. I took it back and had them replace it with another one (my current one). A few weeks ago there was a power outage here and now not only does this mobo do the same restart problem but most of the time it won't even post when I turn it off. The Hard drive light comes on but thats it I have to turn it off and back on just to turn it on.

Whats up with this thing?

I am going to take it back this week and see if I can't trade it in for either an Abit or Asus mobo (what's a good model for PC133 RAM?). I would like to go DDR but I just got 2 256 MB sticks from Crucial 3 weeks back so I don't wanna have to get all new ram again.

This sucks I would not suggest this brand but maybe its just me.

My MSI turbo-r k77 mb was sent back to the computer store where they sent it back
to MSI. I cannot change the multiplier(after three months of good service)and had
softboot problems. I am waiting for MSI to get the mb back to me. I think it is
time for me to write MSI about this. I think that this is BS when I have to wait about a month down time just to replace the mb. Luckily, I have more than one computer...

Thankfully I got this mobo at a respectible computer store in my area so they just replaced the mobo and put in the new one no charge.

They carry Abit and Asus so I want to know whats a good board for my bird.
