is the motherboard blown up?

I have a little pentium 166MMX which hasnt really worked well over the last 2 years (loads of weird errors), now it doesnt start at all , the power leds and HD leds fire up (also CD) but the screen stays black and it doesnt beep at the expected time , it just stays there... so whats wrong ? Is the motherboard gone or the cpu or what... it also happened the same thing to another PentiumIII I have (had) 😛

I just now im getting mental with these 2 computers (Ive tried swapping & removing everything)
