Is the "Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset" worth downloading

Just wondering if it is worth wasting time with the "Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset".

I have a set of sw that get used in diagnosing standalone systems, but does this add any special set of gadgets?

If I don't get an answer, I'll try it for myself - just a leetle lazy at the moment.
