Is the Lian-Li A70 case loud or quiet?

Cases are as quiet as you make them. It has average 120mm fan in it so there is some noise. But fans are easily replaced.

And adding a fan speed controller is quite simple and can be as cheap as $3 if you get the cheap zalman fan mate or something and just leave it in the case at your preferred setting.
