Is the Honda CR-V considered a chick car? Or gender neutral?

I know 2 girls at work who drive one... probably not exactly a good sample size, but i was sort of interested in the SUV myself.

i think almost everyone i know who drives one is a chick.

i mean they are refered to as "cute utes" or whtaever right. same goes with the rav4 when it first came out (before it became the 7 seat monstrosity it is now).

i really think it shouldnt be a chick car, but i would wager that more than half of owners of them are chicks.

All the cute-utes are classified as feminine, not that this should stop you from buying it if you like it.

The current CR-V is targeted directly at women. I liked the older one - the new design has a gaping hole in the front of it that I just can't get used too.......

I like my CR-V a lot 🙂 I'd love to buy the new model, but mine is only 3 years old. Maybe it's a chick car, I don't know/care, I like it regardless.

Personally I think it's stupid to classify cars as "chick cars". Drive what you want to drive, there are plenty of men who have them.

Is the new Eclipse a girl car too? I saw a metallic orange one today and it looked pretty nice, but it had that Mercury Cougar look to it 🙁

Go ahead and get one, but you should probably lift it and throw on some Yosemite Sam mudflaps just to be safe.

i think the curved rear window is just really feminine. the last one was not too bad.

Yeah, it seems to be considered a chick car by all those tender young post pubescents insecure enough to care about such things.

So, oddly enough, only truly masculine guys solidly secure in their own sexuality drive them.

Seems ironic, doesn't it?

And yet, those of you so pathetic that you need your quivering, tenuous hold on some desperate semblance of masculinity to be somehow validated by the automotive conveyence you drive are the true deluded losers among us.

You get poor gas mileage and sit up somewhat higher in your vehicle than the rest of us?

WOW, what a MAN! :disgust:
