Is the GTX 750ti still the fastest low power card?

For OEM computers (like Dell) that have PSUs with no separate power connectors for video cards and relatively mediocre power supplies, is there a GPU better than the 750ti or is it still the winner for situations where the card will only get power from the PSU?

Keep in mind that a few 750Ti cards do have a 6 pin power connector.

The gtx750ti is still the card to get with low power psu's and no 6 pin connectors, yes.
I think I seen one at Newegg for 110$
