i saw a review a few days ago i think that said it didn't do much better than the FOP38, better, but not by much, other than that, i got nuthin...

the Wbk38 does LOOK like it could cool really well though... and the curvature and distance between fan and fins looks like it will reduce noise a bit...

Just received (2) of them. Let me say, they are FRICKEN LOUD!!!!! My god, really loud, with the included fan, I didn't replace. However, they appear to be very good coolers thus far, I'll know more in the few days. But be prepared, very loud. And the clip sucks also, I used common household pliers to get mine on.

I think, to be pedantic, that the WBK is a heatsink-the metal radiator thingy, to be pseudo-technical. I don't know if you can get it without that SCREAMIN' fan and try a quieter one. Legion Hardware had it running a little warmer than the FOP38, a couple of review sites have shown it running a degree or two cooler. It's a little bigger and heavier than the FOP. I think it's the same fan so it's just as LOUD.
