It's neither or . . . it's just that the can/nottle/jug/keg your poured it from is much too small.

It's true. I win.

What's in the glass? It makes a difference.

Lets say that you are being forced at gunpoint to drink the entire contents:
If the glass contains 5 day old rhinoceros semen, then the glass is half full.
If the glass contains an incredibly expensive wine, then the glass is half empty.
If the glass contains water, then it depends on how thirsty I am.

Improperly designed.

We need to assemble a tiger team to analyze the challenge, and define requirements to reach a ISO 9001 and Sorbanes / Oxley compliant solution. Then we can identify the skills needed to meet the requirements, and assign a project manager and engineers to the project, using MS Project and Niku to manage the project. We need to define phases and rollout dates, and get management approval for the budget.

When it's all done, we'll have a glass that is just right, cost $22.4 million, and took 6 months to complete.

this poll is flawed.

the fact is, any container can never be half full, as that is an misnomer.
the truth is, the glass is either full, empty or anywhere in between.

therefore, i take a piss on your glass and break it with my supernatural ultrachill urine.
