Is this Gigabyte GA-VM900M (Rev 2.0) motherboard - R (Not sure)

or Gigabyte GA-VM900M (Rev 1.0) - R500.00

Any good?

It just has to run now and later i am going to upgrade to Intel's "Penryn" proc.


All help would be great.
