Is the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP compatible with this case/power supply combo?

Im looking into buying a Enermax, CS-3051L-S3A case which comes with a POWERUP 350W P-4 power supply (?!). Will I have any compatability problems with this combo.

Oh yeah, Im using a Thunderbird 1.4, then upgrading to a XP+.
 
You should be good to go. I'm not too familiar with Powerup PSU's, but unless it's absolute junk, you should be fine. Just curious, I thought Enermax cases usually come with Enermax PSU's?
