.i was gonna buy a TECRA M3 with a Geforce Go TE 6600 chipset with 128MB of DEDICATED memory (TE for turbo Edition)....but on Tom's HArdware Communnity site they told me its a SHARED or INTEGRATED chipset??? is that true??

check it out:

at toshiba...when u customize the TECRA M3...u get FOUR OPTIONS:

1- nVIDIA® GeForce? Go 6200 TE 64M w/dedicated 64MB SDRAM and NO Bluetooth (Antenna only) Must choose NO Bluetooth (Antenna Only) below

2- nVIDIA® GeForce? Go 6600 TE 128M w/dedicated 128MB SDRAM and NO Bluetooth (Antenna only) [add $75.00] Must choose NO Bluetooth (Antenna Only) below

3- Bluetooth enabled: nVIDIA® GeForce? Go 6200 TE 64M w/dedicated 64MB SDRAM and Bluetooth v1.2 [FREE] Must choose Bluetooth v1.2 below

4- Bluetooth enabled: nVIDIA® GeForce? Go 6600 TE 128M w/dedicated 128MB SDRAM and Bluetooth v1.2 [add $75.00] Must choose Bluetooth v1.2 below

so which one is the GPU in the TECRA M3...I'm about to place my order and there r no reviews about this model at all??

Um...yeah...I'm pretty sure that the memory is dedicated to the video card with the 6600 and I KNOW the GPU is "dedicated," its not some integrated crap.

btw, link to the THG link?

Well, the BTO page says dedicated, so it's not a combo dedicated and dynamic system memory like TurboCache. Furthermore, as can be seen here on nVIDIA's site, TurboCache is only featured on the 6200. Thus, the 6600 Go TE does have a dedicated 128MB frame buffer.
