Is the Garmin Nuvi 1350T for $140 a good deal?

Costco is having a $20 off this unit. Says free lifetime traffic, but I don't know if that means free lifetime maps update, I assume not.

The T on the end means that it has lifetime traffic, supported by ads that show up when the car isn't moving. If you want lifetime maps as well, you want a model that ends in LMT.

I have the the 1390T, which is basically the same thing with Bluetooth.
