Is the front door of the lian li pc-v1100 "porous"?

This is an educated guess as I have not seen one of these in person. It is not porous. Its solid Al. The air probably enters through the bottem front of the case. You could goog it and look for a review. Welcome to the forums barb! ;)

I did notice that though I also noticed the door had these weird ridgets in it so I thought it was. I was thinking about modding 3 of the 5.25" drive bays into a slot for another 120mm fan but I guess I cant unless I cut a whole in the door too.

If you want a Lian Li to mod get a PC-70. They are hovering around $154.

6-5.25 & 3-3.5 bays exposed. Full tower and easy/fun to cut on. This will be my next case.

Seriously consider modding two side by side 92x38 in the top 2 large bays. That's a developing thought of mine. I have installed a 120 in the bottom of a LL mid tower as well as paired 92s they are a tight fit but will go.
