If you're refering to the one in Rush Hour w/Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan, it's the one in the Los Angeles Chinatown.

makes me wonder if the food is any good if they have to stoop to that to get people inside.

Chinatown is getting overrun by Vietnamese and their businesses, thus the decline of the Chinese Restuarant.

yep, monterey park, alhambra, and SG are the places to go for chinese restaurants. I haven't been to chinatown in years...

Funny. I have actually never seen any Vietnamese establishments in Chinatown.
