Is the Far Cry game in BFG OEM?

I have got a BFG 6800OC. It contains a set of Far Cry CDs in a plastic cover, which I have not opened. I also have my own retail version of Far Cry. I am going to sell one. Is the one I got with BFG an OEM version?

You usually are not allowed to sell an OEM version.

I have not opened it to find out because if I can sell it, I think the buyer would appreciate an un-opened item.

If you tell me that it is OEM, I will open it and use it myself and sell my retail version, which legally I am allowed to sell.

Thanks for your help,

Navid

I don't know the legality behind it, but I see it as you paid for the game with the card, and you should be entitled to sell it.

You may be right.

But, if the CD has "NOT FOR RESALE" written on it, the buyer may not be happy with it.
As I said, I have not opened the plastic wrap. So, I do not know if this statement is written on any of the 5 CDs.

The reasoning behind stamping the CDs as not for resale is so that retailers don't rip the boxes open, take the games out and sell them separately, not end users swapping legal games.
