Ive been Gaming constantly since the begining of PS1. I gamed alot with the Atari thru SNES and also ALOT of Arcade trips, but although I gamed ALOT then I wouldent have considered myself "Hardcore" (gaming everyday or two) until the Playstation.
For some reason I cant find anygames that provide that "WOW" feeling anymore. The last game that I was truly awed by would have to be Halflife and more so Counter Strike, although my Counter Strike days have been over for about 7 months now. I cant seem to find "that game" that provides the addictive and "Wow" feeling I got with late nights in Counter Strike or my gameing days before it (Street Fighter, Gran Turismo, Mario Bros and so on). I guess my question would be, Am I gamed out? Is it just me? Or have video games lost thier punch for other people also? Is it that game developers have ran out of new ideas?
I currently own: Xbox, Gamecube, GBA, PS1, Gaming PC. I have owned: Atari, NES, PS2, Sega Genesis, Sega DC, N64, Gameboy...have I overdone it? And if so, have other people over done it too?
Hmmm
