Submitted the RMA yesterday. I got a emailsaying that they have updated my ticket status. Now I can't login to see it.

Can you find out what IP address your dns server has for that address? I have 5 different people in WI on different providers who can't pull up the site.

I was usin www.epox.com It is working fine now.

www.epox.com works fine for me as well but when I try to click the USA link it goes to http://web.epox.com/html/default.asp which gives a 404 error.
